- Provide financial return for the organization while also providing liquidity to support Central 1's business activities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance returns across Central 1's Securities Portfolio
- Outperform the benchmarks established for the Portfolio
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, analysis and commentaries detailing historic performance, strategies, opportunities and risks for the ALCO, MRC, ELT and Board Risk Committee
- Ensure portfolio meets day-to-day and long-term liquidity needs
- Support and refine Central 1's approach to incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors into the investment process
