In this pivotal role reporting to the CFO, you will guide HR best practices and uphold compliance across all employee-related functions. Your task is to ensure effective onboarding, support performance management processes, and manage employee concerns while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Flexibility for occasional weekend work is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer comprehensive HR services across LSCDG
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage performance and disciplinary actions effectively
- Lead workplace investigations and documentation
- Oversee employee engagement and training initiatives

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Active CHRP or pursuing CHRL considered an asset
- Minimum 3-5 years in HR roles
- Strong understanding of employment laws
- Valid transportation for meetings and duties
