Become a vital part of Futurpreneur Canada as a part time Compliance Specialist. Ensure accurate compliance and file preparation while working in a hybrid model based in Toronto.

In this role, you will align with the National Credit Compliance Manager to maintain adherence to compliance policies and auditing standards. Attention to detail is essential as you will support the disbursement process and safeguard the organization's interests, particularly regarding eligible entrepreneurial applications.

You will engage with stakeholders to resolve information gaps, document compliance conditions, and maintain records in the CRM database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review conditions from National Credit Adjudication for approved customers
- Communicate compliance issues promptly within established SLAs




- Process files for disbursement accurately in the CRM
- Complete BDC checklists and ensure document compliance
- Support team members in processing file conditions

Requirements:

- Proven experience in compliance operations
- Understanding of risk policies and audits
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work setting
- Familiarity with CRM database systems
