Job Responsibility:

All West Freight Ltd is currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Branch Clerk based in Williams Lake, BC.

We are a privately owned and operated company specializing in providing quality local Pickup & Delivery Freight Services in Williams Lake and outlining areas.

Duties include: Accounts Receivable - generates and sends statements and invoices to customers, opens new accounts, contacts customers to ensure collection of payments; reception, customer pickup and delivery requests, creating freight manifests, processing of customer payments, maintaining both the physical and electronic document filing systems, as well as timely distribution of all inbound/interoffice mail and faxes.

Key Requirements:

- Computer and Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- QuickBooks Online Accounting Software knowledge.
- Freight industry experience an asset.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team; collaborating with others to achieve goals and objectives.




- Ability to maintain a flexible & positive approach while working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience with multi-line telephone system.
- Self-starter with the ability to exercise considerable independence, sound judgement and requires minimal supervision; takes initiatives and anticipates tasks that need to be accomplished.
- Demonstrated professional demeanour, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively request and deliver information.
- Completion of a recognized post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 1 year experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Shift is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with OT as needed.
