Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quantitative evaluation of necessary materials and manpower
- Prepare standardized summaries of quantities from plans
- Identify prices for labor, equipment, and materials
- Review supplier and subcontractor amounts for accuracy
- Develop alternatives to reduce project construction costs

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Construction project estimation
- Minimum 8 years of relevant estimating experience
- Strong regional experience in Atlantic Canada
- In-depth knowledge of excavation and formwork
- Familiarity with estimation software
