This position can be part-time or full-time, aimed at guiding youth through personal goals and helping them transition to adult support systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized support to youth for their goals
- Build solid relationships with youth and their families
- Encourage social skills, independence, and personal hygiene
- Report and document communications and incidents
- Connect participants with community resources for well-being

Requirements:

- Aged 21 or older and financially stable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence with insurance proof
- Clear driver's abstract and police checks for adults
