Position Summary

This role represents a unique opportunity to help shape the future of transportation technology by connecting customers with innovative automation, SCADA, and digital solutions that improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of critical rail infrastructure.

A highly motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible to accelerate growth within the North American passenger rail and transit market. This is a hunter‑focused, individual contributor role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that align with Willowglen’s transportation strategy.



The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of the passenger rail ecosystem, including transit authorities, OEMs, EPC firms, consultants, and key industry stakeholders. They will combine strategic business development expertise with a solid understanding of operational technology (OT), SCADA, automation systems, data collection, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proven relationship builder, skilled communicator, and relentless opportunity creator who can independently drive pursuits while coordinating cross‑functional teams to secure complex, multi‑million‑dollar projects.
