You will manage project milestones, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless transitions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans with clear milestones
- Coordinate across HR, Technology, Payroll, and other teams
- Create executive reports and dashboards for project status




- Design HR process documentation and standardized guidance

Requirements:
- 8+ years in project management, ideally M&A; integrations
- Proven track record in managing complex HR transformations
- Robust grasp of HRIS delivery and automation tools
- Agile project management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
