Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SCLC’s strategic objectives and spiritual wellness initiatives
- Lead meetings and recruitment for the SCLC team
- Implement and assess spiritual care educational programs




- Manage budgets and financial duties for programs
- Represent SCLC at significant university events
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Theology
- 7–10 years’ experience in spiritual advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of spiritual care ethics and practices
- Exceptional leadership and relationship management abilities
- Proven program development expertise
