Job Title: Project Manager, Business Process Improvement

Location: Hybrid (Brampton)

Duration: Contract (12 Months)

Rate: CAD 45/hr- 50/hr on T4

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager, Business Process Improvement to lead finance transformation, process improvement, and financial system implementation initiatives within the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, driving operational efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance-related projects from initiation through execution and closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and milestones.
- Facilitate Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive business process improvement initiatives across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and other finance functions.
- Support change management, process adoption, and organizational readiness activities.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance, IT, business teams, and external vendors.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Establish governance frameworks, process standards, and best practices.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering,



Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- 5+ years of project management, business transformation, or process improvement experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and financial systems.
- Experience with SAP, Workday Financials, or other enterprise financial platforms is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
