You will

You will possess/need

- At least 10 years of working experience in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Information Management, Reputation Management, or other related areas
- A first degree in Arts, Science, or related field
- A master’s degree in either Strategic Communications or Public Relations
- Experience with working with Public Sector Institutions
- Knowledge of developing and implementing communications strategy
- Strong communications skills, report writing and documentation skills
- Experience in developing and facilitating training modules
- Experience with risk and impact communications




- Analytical and critical thinking skills

Bonus if you have

Work Schedule

You will be based in Accra, Ghana. We operate a remote first working approach. Working remotely is our default way of working. We have co-working spaces available in Accra for collaboration and connection and for the use of those who value and want to work out of an office. Where you will work from will be subject to change based on the firm’s discretion, and your ability to access a reliable connection and are set up to work remotely.
