This role entails collaborating closely with General Managers to ensure effective care services in various retirement homes. With at least five years of management experience in the field, you will employ your strong financial acumen to oversee budgets and facilitate strategies that promote quality care. You will also implement the Verve Quality Improvement (VQI) program to enhance service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee implementation of Verve Quality Improvement activities • Analyze financial resources and reports for effective management • Support General Managers in strategic planning and performance reviews • Promote cutting-edge approaches to enhance care for seniors • Foster effective communication for teamwork and collaboration

Requirements: • At least five years in a managerial role in retirement home industry • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required • Strong leadership and financial management abilities • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel and participate in training programs
