As a Specialty Instructor, you will develop, implement, and assess climbing programs that prioritize safety and inclusivity. Your responsibilities will include supervising climbing activities, setting routes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while providing exceptional customer service. You'll engage with participants of all ages to promote skill development and enjoyment of climbing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver indoor climbing instruction for diverse ages
• Supervise climbing activities and ensure participant safety




• Set and maintain climbing routes in line with safety standards
• Monitor compliance with industry policies and procedures
• Maintain climbing equipment and facilities to high standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification
• Current AED Operator Certificate
• Level 2 CWA Instructor qualification required
• Experience with routesetting and program delivery
• Understanding of the High Five Principles for child development
