• Oversee capital improvement projects and tenant lease agreements
• Evaluate service contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
• 5 years of property management experience required
• Understanding of sustainability practices like BOMA BESt or LEED
• RPA or CPM designation preferred
• Computer proficiency, especially in Yardi and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle required
