Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions at the Centre
• Ensure exceptional customer service across all interactions
• Lead staff training and development initiatives




• Facilitate budget management and revenue target achievement
• Utilize feedback data to optimize service delivery
Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology, Recreation Management, or related field
• Minimum three years of management in service environments
• Strong experience in financial management
• Proficient in Fusion Recreation Management Software
