In this 1-month fixed-term role, you will assist clients by developing tailored action plans and providing support through their job search. Your experience with case management, coaching, and collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate complex client situations and build productive partnerships. You will also maintain the Centre job board and engage with local employers to create opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to determine client readiness for work
• Manage up to 100 active client cases thoroughly
• Attain program goals and ensure focused service delivery




• Maintain job board and foster employer relationships
• Host community events to connect clients with opportunities
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary credential or equivalent
• Experience mentoring clients and understanding unemployment barriers
• Familiarity with career development tools and job market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Adherence to confidentiality and qualified standards
