What you bring

- Successful completion of Food Service Worker Certificate and Food Handler Training Program (or commitment to obtain within a specified period, as required under the Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act and its Regulations).
- Willingness to accept verbal and/or written direction.




- Able to cope with the physical and emotional demands of the position.
- Geriatric, long‑term care experience is beneficial.
- Experience in long‑term care food service is an asset, including texture‑modified diets, therapeutic and production spreadsheets.
- Valuable communication skills, able to read and write in English.
- Punctual and reliable.

Position: Dietary Aide.
Hours: 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
Pay: $23.14 per hour, plus 10% in lieu upon completion of probation.
Employment under the Collective Agreement.
