As a Private Equity Fund Administration Associate, you will support J.P. Morgan Alternative Fund Services by maintaining accurate books and records and processing capital activities. Your role involves preparing periodic valuations, financial reports, and managing investor communications to ensure compliance with SLAs. You will be crucial in delivering client expectations, maintaining high standards in accounting practices, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain books and records for Private Equity funds • Prepare and review Net Asset Valuations and financial reports • Manage capital call and distribution calculations • Reconcile capital proceeds for accuracy • Support year-end processes and auditor requests

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years' experience in accounting, preferably Big 4 • Knowledge of US GAAP and Private Equity structures • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
