You will utilize your assessment, leadership, and communication skills to care for clients across all developmental stages. Your solid background in wound care, palliative care, and teaching will enhance the care provided in client homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Health Care Aides and provide nursing leadership
• Deliver holistic care tailored to each client's needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings




• Perform wound care and engage in palliative approaches
• Work independently in various weather conditions
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited practical nurse program
• Active registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Alberta
• Minimum 2 years of experience in seniors' health
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Driver's license and vehicle required
