We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician to join Pier 4 as we grow our multi-family real estate portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in preserving property condition and ensuring resident satisfaction through skilled repairs and timely response to service requests. Working under the Property Manager, your contributions will be vital to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use personal tools effectively for maintenance tasks
• Execute regular cleaning and outdoor upkeep responsibilities
• Address tenant service requests promptly,



within 24 hours
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
• Handle on-call duties and emergency situation responses
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Demonstrated skills in plumbing and electrical repairs
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license and clean abstract
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
