As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Personal Insurance team, handling underwriting queries and maintaining client relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather underwriting information
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and underwriters




• Issue and manage all relevant documentation
• Provide timely updates on claims and inquiries
• Ensure organized management of account records
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in Personal Lines insurance
• Level II General Insurance Agent license or equivalent
• Ongoing pursuit of CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations considered beneficial
• Post Secondary Degree considered an asset
• Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset
