As the Team Lead for the Opening Doors Durham (ODD) program, you will report directly to the Housing Manager. This vital role emphasizes functional leadership alongside client service delivery, focusing on landlord partnerships, housing retention, and service excellence. You will tackle escalated cases, guide staff, and facilitate operations to maximize program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily ODD program operations and staff management
• Build partnerships with landlords and community stakeholders




• Monitor and ensure timely referral processing and documentation
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of program data
• Develop strategies for increasing access to affordable housing
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in housing
• Knowledge of HIFIS and community housing resources
• Solid advocacy and mediation skills
• Degree in Social Work or related field
• Commitment to anti-oppression and inclusive practices
