In this Sales Lead position, you’ll shine as a Floor Leader on duty, influencing both associates and Guests with your leadership and service skills. You'll ensure that the store meets its sales goals by guiding your team and model the Experience First® approach. Enhancing the Guest experience is at the heart of this multifaceted role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team and engage with Guests to ensure satisfaction
• Direct smooth operations and guide Bear Builders
• Model exceptional Experience First behaviors
• Provide management with necessary performance feedback
• Create a positive and welcoming workplace for Guests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be available for 15-25 hours weekly
• Experience as a Build-A-Bear associate is preferred
• Relevant associate’s degree beneficial
• Able to exercise good judgment in various situations
Support both Guests and team members while leading at Build-A-Bear with passion and purpose.
