Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to clients of all ages
• Supervise and mentor Health Care Aides
• Conduct assessments and contribute to nursing diagnosis
• Collaborate on client care and health goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited practical nurse program
• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Previous experience in home care is preferred
