YNCU is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative for approximately six months. As the first point of contact for members, you will execute transactions, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with team members. Strong communication skills and previous experience in financial services will help you succeed in maintaining the credit union’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process routine teller transactions in person, online, and by phone
• Assist members with RRSP, TFSA, and credit card inquiries
• Manage cash custody and balance daily transactions
• Complete payroll deductions and personal information changes
• Resolve ATM and POS transaction issues promptly
Requirements:
• Experience in financial services or retail banking preferred
• Proven ability in customer experience delivery
• Previous cash handling experience is a plus
• Must be bondable
