As an Asset Management Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Business Improvement, Information and Asset Management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing asset management strategies across various regional buildings. This includes establishing key performance indicators, conducting lifecycle cost analyses, and optimizing decision-making processes to enhance asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement asset management frameworks
• Conduct condition assessments and data collection
• Analyze asset performance and lifecycle costs




• Establish KPIs and Levels of Service for assets
• Create reports and communication plans for stakeholders
Requirements:
• University Degree in Architectural or Engineering Sciences
• At least three years in facility condition audits
• Experience with asset management frameworks
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Optimized Decision Making processes
