Aversan Inc. is seeking an experienced Soldering Technician to contribute to our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in soldering, PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance with IPC standards while working on ESD-sensitive products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform through-hole and SMT soldering per IPC standards
• Assemble aerospace products and PCBs from engineering documentation
• Inspect assemblies for compliance with quality standards




• Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies at a component level
• Conduct functional testing using electronic test equipment
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in soldering and electronics assembly
• Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards; IPC certification a plus
• Proficient with electronic test instruments
• Solid attention to detail and communication skills
