As a part of the Vancouver Housing program, you will work within the Youth Services team, providing direct assistance and support to youth aged 16-25 in semi-independent living homes. Key responsibilities include developing supportive relationships, maintaining program expectations, and liaising with professionals such as social workers. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop supportive relationships and individualized service plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-Year Diploma in Child and Youth Care
