As part of the Planning, Development & Real Estate department, you will greet and assist the public at City Hall, responding to inquiries about services and operations. Your tasks will include processing applications, managing billing inquiries, and addressing service requests promptly and courteously. You will also be responsible for clerical duties and maintaining proper records to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service through in-person, phone, and email channels
• Process licenses, facility bookings, and payments efficiently
• Address public inquiries regarding city programs and bylaws




• Conduct mail sorting and uphold departmental records
• Follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer service role, municipal setting helpful
• Robust knowledge of City services and policies
• Proficient in office management and software applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detailed and accurate handling of cash and records
