The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia invites applications for a Building Mechanical Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC systems. Work full time in the iconic Parliament Buildings located in vibrant Victoria, BC.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Team Lead, this role requires at least two years of experience in a trades or property management setting. You will be responsible for timely execution of maintenance projects within budget while handling HVAC system maintenance and repairs alongside other mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct HVAC system maintenance and repairs
• Plan and manage maintenance projects effectively
• Acquire necessary resources for project execution




• Collaborate with team members for completion of tasks
• Ensure compliance with budget and deadlines
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management or trades
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Preferred HVAC support experience or mechanical training
• Hands-on experience with building systems
• Coordination experience in construction and maintenance projects
