We are in search of an experienced candidate with at least three years in personal lines, particularly with solid capabilities in policy issuance and client retention. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by reviewing renewals and making sure that client needs are met accurately and promptly. Your proficiency will contribute significantly to our premium growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales specifically for hobby farms and rural properties
• Provide high-quality service for day-to-day client interactions




• Issue and modify policies effectively via online tools
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and marketing efforts
• Upsell coverages to meet client needs and enhance retention
Requirements:
• RIBO License required; other licenses are a bonus
• At least 3 years in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Broker management systems
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to communicate clearly in both French and English is an asset
