BGC Okanagan is seeking a dedicated individual to lead program activities for children in our Vernon club. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to engage with the community. With flexibility from Monday to Friday and extended hours during school breaks, you will ensure that programs meet guidelines and promote community awareness.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and implement engaging activities and events • Oversee daily operations and program standards • Provide program evaluation and recommendations • Create promotional materials for community support • Liaise with community service providers for program referrals

Requirements: • Relevant diploma or experience with children • Valid First Aid certification • 20 Hours Responsible Adult training (or willingness to obtain) • Class 4 Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain) • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
