In this casual position, you will report to the Designated Manager, working collaboratively to deliver advocacy and assistance to clients with diverse needs, including mental health, addictions, and reliable housing. Your responsibilities will also involve ensuring clients receive necessary support services while adhering to health and safety program standards. Flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings, and overnight shifts, is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training and support for independent living
• Assist clients in accessing necessary resources




• Assess individual needs and tailor action plans
• Track and manage records and statistical data
• Contribute to training programs for staff and volunteers
Requirements:
• Related Diploma or two years’ experience required
• Current First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence needed
• Strong organizational and stress management abilities
• Minimum two years of sobriety when applicable
