Roles & Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate metal components.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a protected working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience with the following:




- Power and hand tool proficiency
- Welding expertise, flat position CWB with flux or metal core preferred.
- Blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge for fabrication tasks
- Ability to operate machinery like press brake and plasma cutting tools
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction principles
- Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, and assembly procedures
