Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trauma-informed support to families and children
• Deliver individualized services based on family goals
• Collaborate with community partners for comprehensive support
• Facilitate positive parenting and communication strategies
• Implement culturally safe engagement strategies
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum two years' experience in family support settings
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
