In this role as an Analyst, Secondaries, you'll collaborate closely with the Secondaries team to evaluate and execute LP and GP-led private equity investments. Your responsibilities include conducting extensive research, financial modeling, and due diligence to inform investment recommendations, playing an integral part in transaction-related discussions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct in-depth market and company research for investment analysis • Develop financial models and valuation analyses for opportunities • Engage in due diligence and stakeholder meetings • Prepare investment memoranda and analytical reviews • Present findings in investment discussions and Q&A; sessions

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in related sectors • Solid financial modeling and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to be based in Toronto and travel as needed
