As part of the Information Management team, this temporary position is vital for upholding privacy standards at CLBC. You will work closely with all organizational levels, advising on compliance, interpreting legislation, and processing various information requests. This position also allows for the development and implementation of privacy training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide privacy expertise across all organizational levels
• Advise on compliance with FIPPA and related legislation
• Review records and apply FIPPA exemptions as needed




• Coordinate records searches and respond promptly to inquiries
• Conduct analysis and assessments regarding privacy incidents
Requirements:
• Minimum three years' experience in privacy roles
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
• Preferred certification: CIPM/CIPP/C
• Solid analytical skills for assessing complex privacy issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
