Part–time Dietary Aide (6:30 am–2:30 pm) located in Goderich, Ontario at Southbridge Goderich Home. Hourly wage: $22.91.

Reports to: Food Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring food is handled in a protected manner, including proper storage and labeling
- Assisting cooks in basic food preparation
- Executing proper food service in relation to internal and external guidelines and protocols
- Serving meals according to Resident diet orders
- Washing, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining room

Knowledge and Skills Required

- Mandatory enrollment or completion of a College Level Food Service Worker Program, meeting the requirements of the Ontario Long‑Term Care Homes Act
- Possess a current Safe Food Handling Certificate




- Have a caring heart with a passion for serving others
- Passion for providing quality care to residents in a long‑term care setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player

Additional Requirements

- A negative vulnerable sector check completed within 6 months of start date
- Completion of a 2‑Step TB Skin test within the last 12 months of start date
