You will undertake projects that enhance the museum's interpretation while ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare artifacts for museum exhibits and installations
• Fabricate and install exhibit components and mounts
• Conduct repairs and improve building features as needed
• Secure and stabilize specimens across various environments
• Research and procure materials and expertise for projects
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and post-secondary training in related specialties
• Three years of relevant experience in fabrication and conservation
• Robust interpersonal skills in team settings
• Problem-solving abilities in technical contexts
• Experience working with artifacts and organizational procedures
