Key Responsibilities:
• Interview patients to collect demographic details
• Verify and accurately enter data into Connect Care




• Assist with patient fee collections for services
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person
• Train recent employees and manage multiple tasks
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• One year of registration experience in healthcare
• Proficient in MS Office and Connect Care
• Medical Terminology knowledge and typing speed of 40 wpm
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
