You will design personalized wellness programs, oversee in-service training for staff, and maintain compliance with memory care regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate tailored programs adhering to care regulations
• Oversee continuing education programs for continuous growth
• Ensure exceptional care through managing Resident Care Partners
• Cultivate relationships within the management team
• Maintain resident records accurately and promptly
Requirements:
• Diploma in social services, healthcare, or gerontology
• Three years dementia care experience in healthcare
• Two years management experience
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
