organized, and compliant with safety standardsSupport general shop operations and assist with additional duties as requiredRequired Qualifications:Previous experience in hydraulic hose assembly, industrial parts, mechanical service, or a related fieldStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read measurements and identify hydraulic fittings and componentsExcellent customer service and communication skillsComfortable using computers for order entry and inventory lookupsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environmentReliable, self-motivated, and detail-orientedBonus Points For:Experience operating a hydraulic hose crimperBackground in agriculture, heavy equipment, construction, or industrial equipmentKnowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, and fluid power componentsRight People.
