This person manages a small team, maintains relationships with suppliers, ensures regulatory compliance,
and contributes to optimizing costs, quality, and response times.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical and Operational ManagementPlan, organize, supervise, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and installations (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, etc.).Personally carry out routine maintenance and repair work within the scope of skills and applicable standards.Diagnose breakdowns, prioritize, and coordinate internal or external interventions when required.Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance schedule.Ensure installations comply with current safety and quality standards.Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance.Supplier and Contract ManagementIdentify, select, and evaluate service and material suppliers related to maintenance and capital assets.Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and maintain sustainable partnerships.Establish supplier performance indicators and ensure regular follow-up.Team ManagementSupervise, train, and engage one or two maintenance employees.Assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.Promote versatility and skill development within the team.Budgetary and Administrative ManagementIn collaboration with General Management, develop and monitor the maintenance budget.Prepare activity reports, recommend investments or improvements.Stay informed on technological and regulatory developments.Continuous ImprovementPropose and implement solutions to optimize costs, timelines, and quality of interventions.Participate in renovation, expansion, or infrastructure improvement projects.
