Wage: $45.49 per hour (full time 40 hours) + benefits according to LiUNA Local 183 collective agreement

Location of Work: Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Province of Ontario

Job Description:

- Apply weatherproof, decorative covering of Portland cement to outside building surfaces, using hand tools
- Apply various coats of material, decorative final or finish coat mixing and proportioning cement, mortar, plaster and stucco
- Mix a variety of concrete, plaster and stucco depending on application
- Clean and prepare surfaces
- Erect and install scaffolds
- Follow safety practices associated with the tools and work practices
- Perform primary duties with minimal supervision or technical directions
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Maintain effective working relationship with others
- Ability to perform heavy physical labour
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Physically demanding; Handling heavy loads; Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.
