You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring the highest standards in patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care

• Complete accurate clinical care assessments and documentation
• Mentor unregulated care providers through teaching and direction
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check
