THE COMPANY:

Amarc is a leading British Columbia-focused copper-gold junior exploration and development company with a Corporate Office in downtown Vancouver, BC. Amarc’s goal is to discover, develop and transact BC’s next generation of copper-gold mines.

Amarc has three copper-gold projects – the JOY District (including the AuRORA Cu-Au-Ag Porphyry Discovery), the DUKE District and the IKE District – each hosts one or more copper deposits that are open to expansion and multiple drill ready deposit targets.During 2025, Amarc completed at least $23 M of drilling and other exploration across all three Districts, with up to 6 rigs drilling important scale deposit targets. Funding partners include Freeport-McMoRan and Boliden at the JOY and DUKE Districts, respectively, and Amarc is self-funding activities at the IKE District.

Hunter Dickinson Inc. ("HDI") is a private and diversified, global mining group characterized by the commitment and drive of its founders. Over HDI’s 35-year history it has discovered, developed and transacted 12 projects globally, that have been or are currently being mined.

THE POSITION:

Reporting directly to the VP Exploration , the individual in this important role is envisaged to be a leader in advancing exploration at a given Amarc District, working and collaborating on a daily basis with senior management,



the Company’s highly experienced technical advisors, and other members of Amarc’s team, as well as its funding partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with management and technical advisors, develop and implement exploration project plans, monitoring on-site progress to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high technical standard.
- Provide technical input into exploration strategy, annual work programs, and budget planning.
- Coordinate field activities and logistics in close collaboration with operations and technical teams.
- Lead and oversee drilling programs and associated exploration surveys, including in office technical supervision.
- Evaluate mineral deposits and exploration targets, contributing to target generation, ranking, and drill prioritization.
- Oversee core processing, sampling, QA/QC, and data integrity to ensure best-practice standards.
- Interpret and integrate drill core, geological, geophysical, and geochemical data using Leapfrog, GIS, and related software.
- Develop and maintain integrated geological and exploration models to guide exploration strategy.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and professional management of geological databases and models.
- Contribute to the preparation of high-quality technical reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management and funding partners, and support technical inputs to public disclosures as required.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and intermediate geologists and field staff.




- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
- Work collaboratively with senior management, technical advisors, funding partners, and external stakeholders, including participation in meetings and site visits as required.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
- Minimum of 8+ years of mineral exploration experience, preferably in porphyry and/or epithermal systems.
- Eligible for P.Geo. registration, or currently registered, with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (or ability to obtain registration).
- Demonstrated experience managing or supervising drilling programs and field-based exploration activities.
- Strong technical skills in geological interpretation, data integration, and exploration modeling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software including Leapfrog Geo and GIS platforms (QGIS and/or ArcGIS).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to work rotational field schedules at remote exploration sites on a typical 21 days on and 10 days off rotation.
- Willingness and ability to work in the Vancouver corporate office for at least one week per month outside of the field season.

Asset Qualifications

- M.Sc. or PhD in Economic Geology or a related discipline.
- Advanced experience in porphyry and epithermal exploration, particularly within British Columbia.
- Advanced proficiency in additional geoscience software (e.g., ioGAS).
- Residence in southwestern BC or proximity to a major airport, or willingness to relocate.
