As a skilled trades professional, you'll maintain and troubleshoot boiler control system hardware, ensuring efficient operation within the high-pressure steam plant environment. The role requires expertise in ABB DCS and Rockwell PLC systems, with significant responsibilities in calibration, repair, and the development of control strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair boiler control system hardware
• Calibrate and commission various field instruments
• Develop and implement boiler control strategies
• Perform combustion tests for efficient operation
• Maintain data historian server and documentation
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Industrial Instrument Mechanic certification
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a steam plant operation
• 3 years' exposure to DCS and/or PLC systems
• Proficient with computer applications and technology
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical sketches
