Reporting to the Director of Environment, Energy and Emergency Planning, this full-time, permanent role requires a strategic leader experienced in environmental compliance and occupational health. You will drive multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated programs in safety, emergency preparedness, and quality management across complex operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance, safety, and quality management programs
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and environmental stewardship
• Implement policies, frameworks, and procedures for safety and compliance




• Lead emergency planning, preparedness exercises, and risk assessments
• Oversee compliance monitoring, auditing, and corrective action initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant discipline
• Extensive management experience in compliance and safety
• Robust knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Proven experience in budget and performance management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
