Become an Inside Fluid Power Technician with Motion Industries, specializing in the repair, testing, and diagnosis of hydraulic and pneumatic components within our expert service team. This is an in-shop position dedicated to quality solutions.
In your role, you will take part in every crucial aspect of the repair process, from teardown to assembly of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders. Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, you will work in a team-oriented environment using the latest technology and tools to ensure top performance and adherence to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Disassemble hydraulic components for complete inspection
• Use measuring tools for failure diagnostics




• Prepare detailed estimates for repair processes
• Repair or replace internal parts using specific equipment
• Perform efficiency testing on reassembled units
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED mandatory
• 2-5 years’ experience in fluid power repairs
• Proficiency in interpreting hydraulic schematics
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 100 pounds
• Strong focus on safety procedures
