ClaimsPro LP seeks a Senior Liability Examiner for its International Programs Group based in Toronto, ON. This hybrid position allows work from anywhere in Canada while managing complex claims efficiently.

As part of ClaimsPro LP's agile team, the Senior Liability Examiner will handle moderate to intermediate property claims with a strong focus on customer service. Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of relevant experience and a track record of performance in claims adjusting or examining. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients' needs are met throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:



• Examine moderate to complex property claims • Produce detailed reports with guidance from the Manager • Direct Field Adjusters on investigations • Settle claims with insured parties directly • Liaise with stakeholders to fulfill clients' needs

Requirements: • 3-7 years of experience in claims adjusting/examining • Education with relevant post-secondary qualifications • Completion of CIP courses or working towards CIP • Independent adjusting license capability • Strong proficiency in technology use
